do you do comiisions? :o i reallly love your art style

Oh my gosh this ask is from literally forever ago! Sorry for not responding sooner!

Thank you very much for the compliment, I hope I’ve improved a lot recently. If you’re still interested in following my art, I have my other blog that I’ve started using more for art. (and I am open for commissions there as well!)

Here are some more WIP images of my griffin (I keep spelling it gryphon but apparently that’s not how you spell it in America).

I’m at a loss for how to go about the smaller details (and his back feet are totally screwy), but it’s been really fun spending time modeling and sculpting him out!

Here’s a WIP image of the Gryphon model I’m working on for a school project. It’s supposed to go with this concept that I drew a while back!

Here are a few of the fabric studies I worked on over the course of last semester.

Here’s my final for Storyboarding! I’m proud to say I spent the entire semester working on this!

Silly doodle of myself.
Haven’t posted any sketches here because I’d like to use this as a portfolio space! If you’d like to see more doodles please check out bd3457art.

Final project for Concept Art.
This project was the culmination of a lot of different doodles I had done as a kid. Scenes with waterfalls and tire swings filled my sketchbook, and I wanted to turn those doodles into something more tangible.
I definitely feel like there is a lot of work that could still be done on this piece, but I’m happy where I left it.

For the self-portrait charcoal sketch, how did you create those vines? I'd assume you had to erase?

Self-Portrait charcoal sketch? :0c

I’m not sure if you mean the charcoal drawing of the koala in a tree. For that I recorded a video of me working on it, got screenshots from the video file, and created a gif in photoshop using the screenshots.
